Body Silk
This Body Lotion lives
up to its name!! This luxurious lotion is non-greasy, fast absorbing
and very hydrating. It will leave your skin feeling soft, smooth and
supple. Our lotion DOES NOT contain Mineral Oil, which is a
petroleum byproduct that can leave a greasy film on the skin and clog
your pores. It DOES NOT contain Lanolin which is a wax
derivative of Sheep’s wool, can be allergy causing and also clog pores.
This lotion is also free of SD Alcohol that is commonly used in other
brands of skin products and can dry your skin.
Packed with
moisturizing ingredients such as Cocoa butter, Shea Butter, Natural Bees
Wax and Vitamin E, this lotion is also wonderful for the face! You only
need a nickel size portion of Sweet Harvest Farms Body Silk in the palm
of your hand to cover both arms and hands so this 4 ounce bottle will
last for months!! You must try it to believe it!

Shea Butter Lotion Bars/Salve

Use on your heels before bed- slipping on a pair of your most comfy socks and letting this lotion bar do its magic! Use on lips during those windy days. Use on your elbows, knees, cuticles or wherever you need extra moisturizing. You only need a small dab to do the trick so each 4 oz jar will last for months!
This bar is hard but warms quickly to the warmth of your finger tips.

Laundry Bricks
Lard and Lye
Laundry soap was the only soap used in eras gone by- and for good reason!
Wine, grass & dirt stains are no match for this wonderful soap! In
addition machine repairmen find that this type of soap, in combination
with ¼ cup vinegar in your rinse cycle~ (I promise it won’t smell up
your laundry!) eliminates the grime and build-up that collects inside
your machine over time. This soap actually gets your clothes brighter than
you store bought detergent and Sweet Harvest Farms Laundry Soap does
not contain harmful detergents or chemicals. When you order I will cut
the huge brick into 6 large bars for you making it easier for you to
grate on any normal cheese grater.
Use 1/3 to ½
cup of grated flakes to your water before adding clothes. Don’t expect
huge suds. Suds come from harsh chemicals and detergents and actually have
nothing to do with how clean your clothes will be.
I am providing
soap with “No Scent” or Fresh Linen Scent. Scented Soap Bricks are
only lightly scented and not over-powering. Instructions are included
with bricks.

Homemade Goats Milk Soap
Sweet Harvest Farms has taken an old basic soap recipe and added natural, soothing and luxurious ingredients to create a unique luxurious Soap. This wonderful early soap not only leaves you squeaky clean but also gives you soft, supple and moisturized skin. This Cold Processed Soap method retains 100% of the natural glycerin which is essential to hydrate your skin. Commercial brands often siphon off the glycerin to sell as a by-product. In doing so their soap can leave you feeling dry and itchy.
Don’t be fooled by “Glycerin Soap”. What is referred to as Glycerin Soap is nothing more than a melt and pour product that comes from a factory that others re-melt at home or in their store, color, scent and add Glycerin to. These also contain preservatives and chemicals that are non-essential for your skin. Our homemade soaps DO NOT contain preservatives or chemicals of any kind!
Natural colorants are used in our wonderful soaps to bring out the beauty of each bar and organic and natural herbs that are proven medicinal are added to some of the recipes. Refined Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, Palm Oil and Coconut oil are just a few of the rich oils used to create this luxurious line of soap. Goat’s milk contains vitamins A, B6, B12 and E and is added because it is a natural emollient that helps soothe and moisturize the skin. Some refer to these as Goats Milk Soaps, but it is the combination of all ingredients that make these luxurious bars highly sought after.

are very few true soap makers left that stay true to the old fashion
method of soap making used literally thousands of years ago. Excavations

people have questions about the use of Lye. Sweet Harvest Farms uses
Food Grade Lye which is used to make Pretzels! The Lye acts as a
catalyst to heat and harden the oils. This is called Sapponification.
Once the Lye is mixed with the oil it is neutralized, in sense. Without
the combination of Lye and Lard it is not even considered a
true soap
by the FDA!! It is considered a Beauty Bar. Beauty Bars are what you
typically find in your neighborhood grocery stores. Vegan/Vegetarian (or
bars that do not use lard) do not
have the same medicinal properties that Lye and Lard
soaps do but are good cleansing bars.
Example: Rub a DRY bar of our soap (while dry-not
wet!) on a mosquito or flea bite. It will stop the itch and ease the
redness! There are some that use it in this fashion for Poison
Ivy and Poison Oak as well!

The Decadent Dog!
(All Natural Doggy Soap)

Eucalyptus Mint, Dried Sweet Annie.
This soap can actually be used by you and I!! It is made with my basic recipe
with a few twists!
The skin safe scented oils used are known to repel fleas, ticks and pesky
little bugs
that can irritate your dog’s skin. Dried Sweet Annie was added because of
its anti-biotical and antibacterial properties,
while crushed oatmeal added is to calm and soothe.
Use in between grooming. Smells fabulous!
WARNING: Do not use on cats.

has the most beautiful scent!
If you have ever walked down Madison Ave. in NY and walked past the high-end
boutiques you would get a “wif” of aroma as the door would open and close. The
scent would be fresh and clean with an air of sophistication and that is
exactly what this reminds me of.
Each bar is a creamy color on bottom with a very light baby blue on top.
